Gac & Grape Botanical Lacto-Fermented Drink

This product is fermented using Lactobacillus plantarum supplied by Chr. Hansen (Denmark), combined with an inactivated yeast process, using Gac fruit and grapes as the sole base ingredients. The final beverage retains the natural botanical compounds and fermented character of Gac and grape.
